Rights & Takedowns
This page explains how we handle the rights of publishers and other rights-holders, and how to ask us to remove or correct material. It is intended for non-copyright concerns and for informal requests; formal copyright notices are handled under our separate DMCA & Copyright Takedowns page.
Attribution and hotlinking model
We aggregate the movement press and independent outlets. Most items link to the original publisher, and any headline, thumbnail, or media we show is typically hotlinked from the publisher’s own servers rather than copied or rehosted. The publisher remains the source and rights-holder of that material.
Every item credits and links its source, and our purpose is to direct readers and attention to the original reporting. We do not claim ownership of the third-party material we display.
How to request removal or correction
If you are a rights-holder, or their authorised representative, and you want an item removed or corrected, contact our designated agent (see below). If your concern is that your copyright has been infringed and you wish to make a formal legal notice, please use the process on our DMCA & Copyright Takedowns page instead, as that process has specific statutory requirements.
What to include
To help us act quickly, please include: the exact URL of the item on this site that concerns you; identification of the original work or material at issue and, where relevant, a link to it; a clear description of your concern and the outcome you are seeking (for example, removal, correction, or improved attribution); and your name, your role or authority to make the request, and how we can reach you.
Response and good-faith handling
We handle requests in good faith and aim to respond promptly. Where an item hotlinks a publisher’s own material, a rights-holder can often also control that material at the source; we will nonetheless act on our end where appropriate, for example by removing or amending how an item appears on this site.
We may ask for additional information to verify a request or to locate the material. Acting on a request does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing or a waiver of any right or defence.
