Miles Taylor, a former Homeland Security official, plans to make a "closing argument" against Todd Blanche's confirmation Wednesday – a day before the hearing – by parking a van dubbed the "Trump-Epstein Bookmobile" outside the Capitol alongside "nearly a dozen" survivors of Jeffrey Epstein.
