Report finds 'Alligator Alcatraz' held immigrants in cages the size of phone booths

A report from the Department of Homeland Security’s inspector general found that some immigrants detained at the now-shuttered "Alligator Alcatraz" were at times confined to cages roughly the size of a phone booth. NBC News' Julia Ainsley has details on the report's findings.
